Plans for the Palo District redevelopment at the former Fiesta Mall site in Mesa continue to expand with the addition of two hotels as part of the 80-acre mixed-use district. The project, led by Sunny Day Sports, also includes a planned soccer stadium, women’s sports medicine campus, and a mix of retail, office, and restaurant space.
